For the first 40 years, Primrose Candy primarily made hard candy, but in the late 1960's they expanded into making chewy candies such as salt water taffy and caramels. They also have a great variety of Sugar Free candies. Whether it's regular or sugar free; hard of soft candy you prefer; Primrose offers a nice variety of both.
